A POPULAR Wirral restaurant has launched its new spring and summer menu.

The new menu at 21st Amendment based at The Quadrant, Hoylake, features small plates, tacos, salads, burgers, mains and Sunday roast dinners.

The dishes have been created by the Hoylake hotspot’s own celebrity chef, Darryn Jones.

Small plates include the likes of Korean Fried Chicken, Crispy Chilli Beef, and Nduja Buttered King Prawns. There are tacos and salads, creative burgers such as Minted Lamb and Philly Cheese Steak, and mains such as fish and chips, ribs, and Surf & Turf.

The main menu offers flat iron, rib eye, and beef fillet options but if you’re serious about your steaks visit on Steak Wednesdays. On these dedicated nights, you can enjoy two courses for £22, two courses for £25, or the Tomahawk Sharer deal — a gargantuan 45oz Tomahawk steak that’s more than enough for two with sides for £60.

Head Chef Darryn has become famous for his 5-star Sunday Roasts featuring starters, options of free-range Shropshire chicken, slow-roasted Welsh lamb, 8oz ribeye, and homemade nut roast and desserts. Choose one course for £18, two for £21, or three for £24.

21st Amendment Hoylake has now introduced afternoon tea too — available seven days a week and featuring freshly made sandwiches, cakes, and unlimited tea and coffee for £25pp or upgrade to Prosecco for £10 per bottle too.
