POLICE have released an image after a woman was attacked by a dog at Liverpool Central station.
At around 9pm on Wednesday, February 21, a woman was waiting for a train on platform 3 when she was bitten by a dog.
The victim sought medical assistance at hospital due to the dog puncturing the her skin.
British Transport Police has today issued an image of a woman who may have information that could help their investigation.
A spokesperson for the force said: “Anyone with information is asked to contact BTP by texting 61016, or by calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference number 173 of 22 February.
“Alternatively, call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
