UPTON Road in Moreton remains closed both ways for accident investigation work following an incident earlier today (Friday, March 1).
The road is closed from Christ Church Primary School to Seaforth Drive with traffic described by traffic monitor INRX as "heavy".
Reports on social media suggest three vehicles - a Peugeot, a Honda and a BMW - were involved and an air ambulance was in attendance.
The driver of the BMW has been taken to hospital.
Police have been contacted for more details.
