Leanne said: "It's still quite a surreal situation for me, because she was my only baby girl.

"We did a lot together. Everybody has memories with her and I think that's an incredible thing to have because that is what will help loved ones, friends and family get through our day where we have to put her to rest.

"It has been hard for all of us, knowing that we're never going to see us again."

Leanne's message to the public was "Love each other, spread kindness and don't hold grudges because it's not worth it.

"You never know when it will be the last moment. Hold on to everything that is so precious to you; not just loved ones, but people that you meet.

"My daughter loved being kind. She always did her best."

Paying tribute to Courtney, Leanne said: "My girl is so beautiful. She deserves to see how much she was loved and I hope we do you proud."

Courtney's boyfriend, Dylan Hall, the quad bike rider, was also taken to hospital with multiple injuries and is now recovering at home. Paying tribute to Courtney, Dylan from Wallasey, told the Globe recently: "Courtney was a lovely, amazing girl. All of the things I liked, she was right into them.

"We went motorbiking together a lot, quad biking, and drifting. We were both ginger, both fiery. We had an instant spark.
