WIRRAL has been issued with a yellow weather warning as Storm Jocelyn is expected to batter the region today (Tuesday, January 23).
The Met Office issued the region with a “danger to life” warning as strong winds and wet conditions are expected.
The warning comes into place from today (Tuesday, January 23) and is in force until Wednesday (January 24).

Forecasters have predicted “wet and windy” conditions for Wirral with “persistent and heavy” showers. Temperatures are expected to remain “very mild” with the maximum temperature being 12 °C.
