A NEW street food and craft beer bar has had its windows smashed just weeks after opening in Bebington.
Launching along Broadway on Monday, October 16, Cow Shed Bar & Grill had a huge response after its official opening, with customers loving the business' street food, beer, and cocktail offerings.
Hundreds of people responded to the Globe's feature on the business earlier this month, with New Ferry born owner Sam Jones saying he was "very excited" to get going and help boost the area.
However, less than two weeks after Cow Shed's official launch, the business was "targeted" today (Saturday, October 28) as its windows were smashed.
Cow Shed shared CCTV footage of two hooded figures throwing objects at the premises earlier today, with dozens of shocked residents sharing their dismay at the "absolutely awful behaviour".
Despite the damage and being targeted "yet again", the Cow Shed team announced that the bar and restaurant remain open for business.
A short statement from the restaurant and bar on social media read: "Hi all, yet again we have been targeted on our windows sadly. But we are open and will continue to be open no matter what see you all soon!"
