DANCER and Strictly Come Dancing head judge Shirley Ballas will be coming back to Wirral to discuss her new novel.
Murder on the Dance Floor is the first crime novel from The Sequin Mysteries series, by the 62-year-old from Wallasey.
Released on October 12, the novel speaks about a promising young dancer who collapses during the opening tango of the festival.
Lily Richmond, a dance legend, teacher and one-time world champion, is convinced that murder is afoot.
There’s only one person who can help her delve into the mystery: her former student
and private detective, Susie Cooper.
Susie vowed she’d never return to the ballroom - let alone go undercover as a professional dancer when there’s a killer on the loose.
Speaking about the novel, fellow Strictly judge, Anton Du Beke said: "I loved it! I’m quite convinced I’ve danced with Lily Richmond, and if anyone can solve a few crimes she can."
Shirley Ballas will be at The Neston Club on Monday, October 30 at 7pm.
