THE Manor at Greasby has launched a new brunch menu which includes a selection of classics savoury light bites and hot drinks.
Available Monday to Saturday from 10am to 2pm, the menu offers additional options for morning and early afternoon visits.
Guests can enjoy a range of brunch favourites from crushed avocado on sourdough, finished with lime and chilli flakes, to Eggs Royale or Eggs Benedict, with homemade Hollandaise sauce. Also on the menu is Welsh Rarebit with grilled Quickes cloth-bound cheddar cheese, as well as some lighter morning bites including toasted tea cakes with whipped butter and preserves selection or crumpets with salt flake and cracked black pepper butter.
A wide selection of hot drinks also accompanies the menu, including freshly-ground coffees, loose leaf teas by local supplier Zealots and speciality hot chocolates. Guests can also enjoy a slice of homemade cake from The Manor’s daily selection, which have all been freshly prepared in-house by the dedicated pastry team.
