NEW plans have been revealed which could see luxury apartments built in West Kirby.

Blueoak Estates has announced details of its latest scheme, ‘The Links’, which could see 10 two and three-bed apartments built on Meols Drive in West Kirby.

The 3,000 sq ft homes will have access to views across the Royal Liverpool Golf course, The Dee Estuary and Welsh Hills.

Iain MacLean, Managing Director of Blueoak Estates told the Globe: “The Links is an absolute show stopper scheme that will set a new benchmark in luxury homes within Wirral.

“We believe that these homes will appeal to a broad audience who are ultimately seeking unrivalled apartment living in one of Wirral’s finest addresses.

“The scheme is already commanding much attention before work on site has commenced. As with the majority of our schemes, we expect to sell these apartments off plan, and with the anticipation and interest The Links has generated this will undoubtedly be no exception.”

The development is set across three floors with each apartment having access to underground parking, lift access and an outdoor area. Apartments will also be equipped with a wine store, boot room and pantry with balconies.

Construction work will begin on the scheme next month when demolition of two existing homes will kickstart the development.
