A MERSEYSIDE bar is hosting a Vegas-themed event this weekend to celebrate the May bank holiday.
This weekend, Albert Schloss based on Bold Street in Liverpool will launch its Pleasure Palace event which will celebrate the weird and wild with a theatrical show involving showgirls and cabaret.
On Friday Schloss welcomes an array of unique performers to the stage soundtracked by the Haus Band.
Saturday performers include Albert’s Schloss Haus Band with Josie and James followed by Ibiza resident DJ Sean Hughes. Famous for playing Ibiza’s legendary Ushuaia club, Sean will bring a taste of the Balearics to Liverpool’s iconic Bold Street.
Sunday Service at Albert’s Schloss is packed with soul, gospel and RnB performances.
Abert Schloss’ new food and drinks menu will also be available to party-goers featuring alpine-inspired dishes and specially curated seasonal cocktails including refreshing sustainable spritz, Haus-made Artisan Schnapps and an Alpine wine selection.
The crown of the menu is a match made in ‘Sch-Royalty’ – the Prince Albert and Queen Victoria inspired cocktails. The package features the and Prince Albert cocktail, inspired by Schloss’s muse himself, featuring Butterfly Cannon tequila, Mirebeau gin, Haus raspberry schnapps, disco grenadine, triple sec, Curaçao, prosecco and bitters, as well as a Coconut and Raspberry Martini, inspired by Queen Victoria’s love of nature, featuring Sipsmith very berry, Kalani coconut, framboise, raspberry gomme, cranberry juice, raspberries and bitters. To complete the regal package is two shots of Haus Raspberry Schnapps.
