A SCIENCE and discovery centre is hosting spy and secret code activities this May half term.

Every weekend and school holiday Imagine That! is giving children under the age of 10 the chance to complete a mission to seek out a double agent by puzzle solving and unravelling clues at the attraction.

Highlights will include spy workshops like invisible ink, code cracking and fingerprinting, and enough stretchy slime for kids to roll up their sleeves and get messy in.

Imagine That! manager Abby Wallace said: “Our galactic theme was so popular, but we’re really excited about bringing a new theme this May half term and we think the kids are going to love being little detectives.

“We’ll be doing a spy theme over half term and weekends until the summer holidays. And we’re also looking forward to having more activities in the outdoor area too as the weather usually improves around the May half term.”

Located on Wavertree Technology Park in Liverpool, Imagine That! invites children to learn and have fun across four zones with 45 minutes in each area.

As well as Artbeatz, there’s also the Imagination Village and Bright Sparks science zone with water play and interactive exhibits.

The final part of the journey is the slime factory with its big vats of slime, bath bomb workshops and bingo.

Tickets are £15.95 per child, £12.95 for children under three, and £7.95 per adult. Babies under one go free with a paying sibling. Admission includes all activities.
