A NESTON care agency has scooped a global business award for its "commitment" to the health and social sector.
Last Minute Care & Nursing, founded by Joseph Willis in 2014, provides specialist agency staffing to the care and social spheres.
They specialise in Dementia care and in addition to their Recruitment Agency staffing services they provide community support – supporting those with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, autism and provide personal hygiene care to assist individuals with physical disabilities and other complex needs.
Over the past nine years, the company has extended its Neston HQ, opening over 16 branches across the UK.
The company, which is one of the largest care providers in the country, has already been able to provide over 3000 health and social professionals across the UK and continues to grow.
Winning the global award
Joseph and his team have been recognised for their hard work and dedication to helping the health and social sector by being named the Most Trusted Health & Social Care Staffing Agency in Acquisition International's Business Excellence Awards 2023.
Now in its seventh year, the Business Excellence Awards 2023 aims to reward a vastly diverse range of hardworking businesses from across the globe, which are demonstrating innovation and excellence throughout a turbulent economic climate many firms are suffering through.
This established awards programme is completely free to enter and if your business is lucky enough to be successful, you are promoted to a circulation of over 85,000 established professionals and showcased on Acquisition International's website for a minimum of 12 months.
Winners in the 2023 awards have come from locations as far as the USA, Germany and Australia.
Joseph Willis, founder of Last Minute Care & Nursing said: "It’s great to see that even though we’re now a national company with close to 20 UK branches and rapidly expanding - our commitment to quality has not been diluted. Knowing our customers can trust or service is everything."
