A NEW Greek-inspired café has opened its doors in Oxton.
Joanna Cupi, 26, moved to Oxton three years ago from Greece, as she had a friend living in the area.
On May 10, Joanna opened her new café Hellas Bakery & Coffee, which serves a range of Greek pastries, coffee and cakes.
There is an outside and inside seating area, for people to enjoy when they visit, depending on the weather.
Speaking to the Globe, Joanna said: "I decided to open a place in Wirral to remind me of Greece.
"From the first day I've had a lot of customers from the area but also from outside of Oxton Village.
"It's a very good feeling, especially when people like the cakes and coffee."
One visitor to the café, said on Instagram: "This is our new favourite place, food and coffee fabulous but above all the staff are so welcoming and friendly."
Hellas Bakery & Coffee is 7am-5pm every day and is located on Village Rd in Oxton.
