A GREEK restaurant in Neston is up for sale.
Kri Kri Greek Taverna was opened in April 2013 by Andreas and Rachael Perros. Over the years the restaurant has become a favourite among residents serving its authentic Greek cuisine.
On Monday (February 27) the restaurant was put on the market for £164,995 with a turnover of £229,561.
The reason for sale states: "The business is ideally suited to a hands-on owner-operator but due to our client’s other business interests being higher than anticipated, the business is offered for sale.
"This presents an excellent opportunity for a new owner-operator or team to take the business to the next level."
The current lease is a 20 year lease that began in 2012 at a cost of £381 per week.
There are six full-time and four part-time members of staff working at Kri Kri and this includes a full-time chef.

The restaurant operates on the ground floor with seating for 80 but the scope to increase to around 100.
Currently, the first and second floors are currently used as storage areas, however, this could be converted into three or four-bedroomed accommodation.
Residents have been left shocked and saddened by the news, hoping that the new owner will continue Kri Kri.
One said: "This is really sad news, don't live in Neston any more but whenever we visit my Mum we eat here.
"Really good restaurant with great, authentic Greek food. Hope somebody can take it on."
Another added: "Love Kri Kri. It would be a very sad loss to Neston."
One wrote: "Extremely sad to hear this news. It’s a brilliant place to eat. Great food, great atmosphere. Best place around for vegan options too."
