A 13-YEAR-OLD boy was taken to hospital yesterday evening (Tuesday, February 21) after he was assaulted in Whitby Park.
At 7.23pm police were contacted by paramedics who reported that a 13-year-old boy had been assaulted in Whitby Park, Ellesmere Port.
Officers attended and established that the boy had been assaulted by a small group of youths near to the skatepark.

The boy was taken to hospital as a precaution.
