THE owner of a shop in Ellesmere Port has said she is 'at a loss' after a Minnie Mouse window display was stolen on Christmas Eve.
Julie Williams, owner of Butterflies Cake Supplies, took to Facebook on Christmas Eve to tell her customers about the news.
She explained that Minnie Mouse was a present from her late mum and had appeared in the window for 29 years.
Speaking to the Globe, Julie said: "I am at a loss.
"After 29 years of enjoying Christmas Eve in my shop, I can't believe that someone could do something so callous and cold-hearted.

"It ruined what should have been a lovely atmosphere in the shop with my staff and customers."
Julie has said any information that leads to its return will be rewarded.
