A COUPLE from Ellesmere Port have transformed the outside of their home into a Christmas-themed set.
Caroline Cohen, 43, and her husband Kevin Mansell, 45, are known in the community for producing spectacular sets outside their home for Christmas and Halloween.
Speaking to the Globe, Caroline, a driving instructor, said: "I've always loved Christmas. Christmas is my main thing.
"It's just got bigger every year. We always try and add to the collection. Even in our house, we have four Christmas trees."
Kevin, a builder, is in charge of making all of the props and decorations and this year has made a Grinch which can be seen outside the house.
Outside the house, there are light-up snowmen, a Christmas tree and reindeer. There is also a projector on the house's top windows showing a life-like Santa walking through the house.
The mother-of-two added: "We have a lot of people who drive past and see Santa on the projector waving at them from the car.
"They think it's really magical because it looks like Santa is really in the house.
"The kids all love it, it's nice to do for the local community."
Caroline is hoping to add more features to the projector, such as the Grinch walking around.
Local residents have taken to social media to discuss the set.
One wrote: "You’ve absolutely smashed it again!!! Well done."
Another said: "Omg this is amazing. You never fail for Halloween or Christmas, absolutely well-done guys."
One added: "That is absolutely beautiful, love Santa in the upstairs window, totally magical."
The house is situated on Windsor Drive, Whitby, and the lights are on from 5pm-9pm every night.
