A MAN from Wirral has been taken to hospital with “serious injuries” following a three-vehicle crash on the M56.
The 25-year-old Honda motorbike rider was rushed to hospital by emergency services after being involved in a crash with a grey Peugeot 20008 and a grey Porsche Macan.
At around 2.42pm on Friday, October 28, Cheshire Police received reports of the incident on the M56 eastbound near the M53.
Emergency services attended the scene which National Highways called a “serious collision”.
The motorbike rider’s condition is described as non-life-threatening.
Traffic delays of three miles were reported and the motorway was closed while police dealt with the incident.
