POLICE arrested a 15-year-old girl in Ellesmere Port yesterday evening (Tuesday, October 17).
Officers attended Bracken Way after they received a call concerning the safety of two girls.
A police helicopter also assisted officers in a search of the area.
A spokesperson for Cheshire Police said: "At around 7.15pm on Tuesday, October 18, police were called to concerns for the safety of two girls in the Bracken Way area of Ellesmere Port.
"Officers attended and made a search of the area with assistance from the police helicopter.
"A 16-year-old girl was taken home and a 15-year-old girl was arrested for public order offences."
