A MAN has been charged after a video went viral on social media of two people having sex in Concert Square in Liverpool City Centre.
Joe Firby, 23, from Gateshead, was arrested yesterday, Monday, August 8, in the Gateshead area by Northumbria Police.
He was taken into custody and has since been charged with outraging public decency.
He is set to appear in Liverpool Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, September 20.
The arrest is the second to be made during enquiries after Kelly Cousins, 35, of Merton Road, Bootle was previously charged with outraging public decency.

She has been conditionally bailed to a later date and is also due to appear at Liverpool Magistrates’ Court on September 20.
