SCONES with jam then cream or scones with cream then jam?
Salmon and cucumber sandwiches with the crusts cut off or coronation chicken on brioche?
Miniature chocolate eclairs and chewy macaroons or carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and light Victoria sponge cake?
So far in our Best of 2022 competition we’ve looked at hair, nails and beauty as well as pies, pubs and fish chips with voting taking place in the best for breakfast category over the weekend.
Next up, we wanted to know where in Wirral serves the best afternoon tea – the perfect place to enjoy some tasty treats and a good cup of tea.
After reading all of your nominations, we’ve shortlisted the top six, who will battle it out to be named Best for Afternoon Tea in Wirral.
Now we need your help to choose an overall winner from our shortlist.
