WIIRAL band The Coral have announced a 20th anniversary tour to accompany the release of a remastered edition of their classic self-titled debut album including a collection of B-sides and unreleased tracks.

The Hoylake psych-rockers will be playing 12 dates across the UK next year including two special homecoming shows at Liverpool's Invisible Wind Factory.

The Coral, consisting of James Skelly, Ian Skelly, Nick Power, Paul Duffy and Paul Molloy, will bring their tour to the UK in March 2022, with tickets going on sale to fans at 9am on Friday, September 10.

The band's debut album catapulted the band to mainstream success while they were still teenagers, as they enjoyed hits with Dreaming Of You and Goodbye before landing a Mercury Prize-nomination and Platinum-certification.

Now remastered from the original mixes, the album will be reissued on vinyl, CD, cassette and digital formats on Friday, March 4 2022 with Run On Records in association with Modern Sky UK.

Two unreleased, never-before-heard-tracks, She’s The Girl For Me and Tumble Graves, produced by the Lightning Seed's Ian Broudie, but shelved after the 2001 album sessions, are included in the track-listing.

The rarities appear on an all-formats bonus disc, alongside a complete singles B-sides collection and the band’s pre-album EP The Oldest Path.

The Coral 20th Anniversary UK Tour will see the band picking choice cuts from their back catalogue in addition to playing the debut’s 11-tracks in order.
