TWO males aged 16 and 17 have been arrested on suspicion of arson as part of an investigation into fires at disused buildings in Birkenhead on Saturday night.
Firefighters were called to a blaze at the former Central Hotel and one at the former Hotel California.
There were no reports of any injuries.
The two arrested teenager have both been released under investigation pending further enquiries.
