SCREWFIX has opened a new store in Moreton.
The new store launched on Thursday, February 14 in Tarran Way Business Park and will join three other Screwfix shops in the area; Bromborough, Birkenhead and Ellesmere Port.
Wallasey - Moreton store manager Nicola Lynch told the Globe: “We chose to open a new store in Wallasey - Moreton to better meet the needs of the local tradespeople.
"Many of our new customers previously shopped with Screwfix at our Birkenhead and Liverpool - Sandhills stores, so we’re delighted to bring Screwfix even closer to them for greater convenience.
“Our celebration period, which ran from Thursday, February 14 throughout the weekend, until Sunday, February 17, attracted hundreds of customers.
"We have received fantastic support from local homes and from the local community and are looking forward to welcoming and helping more tradespeople and serious DIYers over the coming months."
The shop will boast a 'Click and Collect' service with customers ordering their goods online or over the phone and picking them up in store.
