The Birkenhead-based call centre provider today announced major new contracts with supermarket giant Sainsbury's and digital TV service provider You View to provide customer service call handling.
Further announcements regarding additional investments in Wirral are expected in the coming weeks.
The announcement was made by Contact Company CEO and Wirral Chamber of Commerce chair Asif Hamid to a gathering of national and international business leaders visiting Wirral for The Open.
"I am delighted to be able to release details of these latest contracts and the jobs they are going to bring to Wirral," said Mr Hamid.
He added: "It is particularly pleasing to be able to demonstrate the confidence our new clients have in investing in Wirral at a time when the eyes of the world are focused on us during The Open Championship."
