Wallasey murder accused further remanded in custody
A Wirral man accused of the murder of Wallasey dad Mark Reissing appeared at Liverpool Crown Court today.
Nazzareno Abella, 46, of Springfield Place, Wallasey, is charged with the murder of Mr Reissing, whose body was discovered in Manor Lane near Egremont Promenade on the morning of Tuesday, July 9.
A post mortem examination established he died from multiple injuries.
Abella, who appeared before the Recorder of Liverpool, Judge Clement Goldstone, QC by video link from Walton jail in a bail application, was further remanded in custody until August 5 when a preliminary hearing will be held.
