I DECIDED not to subscribe to the brown bin collection for various reasons.

However I still have a brown bin.

So I've emailed Wirral Council to point out that, technically, I am providing storage for their property.

I have decided to charge £36 a year or £3 per month or part thereof for this service, commencing on August 1.
