CONSTANTINE Jennifer (Jen) 28.09.1943 10.09.2024 Sadly passed away aged 80 years. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Funeral service to be held at Heswall Methodist Church on Thursday 3rd October at 11.15 am followed by cremation at Landican Crematorium South Chapel at 12.30pm.
