PHILLIPS James Neil 6/12/1976 4/4/2023. Passed away at Arrowe Park Hospital. Loving partner of Nicky, Father of Callum, Keeley, Lewis, Reece and Shelby, son of Neil and Veronica, brother of Matthew, Alex, John and Mark. Sadly missed and never forgotten. Always in our hearts.
