WILLIAMS James. "Jim" Jim sadly passed away peacefully on 8th April 2023 aged 92 years. Dear husband of Peg, for 65 years. Deeply loved by Peg, dear uncle to Jan, Jen, Ian, Poppy & Seb. He will be greatly missed by all his family & friends. A lovely friend to many, locally. Jim's funeral will be held at Landican Crematorium South Chapel, on Tuesday 9th May 2023 at 11.30am. Donations to Claire House children's hospice, may be sent to Charles Stephens Funeral Directors, 215 Bebington Road, Rock Ferry CH42 4QA. Tel: 0151 645 4396

Jim and I joined Birkenhead Fire Brigade in January 1955 and served together for many years until romotions sent us on different career paths. However, we remained friends ever since. He was a great colleague and friend who could always be relied upon , no matter what...
