O'NEILL Rose Ann (nee Mughan) 30th March Aged 94 years. A much loved wife to Richard, a beloved mum to Linda and Maria and sons-in-law Terry and Bill. Devoted nana to Louise and Emma, Richard and Claire and great-grandchildren Sam, Polly, Ben and Joe. Our family chain is broken. Nothing seems the same. But as God calls us one by one. The links shall join again. Funeral service to take place on Monday 17th April at 2pm at Blacon Crematorium, Chester.
