JONES Graham David "GRAMMA" Passed away unexpectedly with his family by his side at Arrowe Park Hospital on 2nd September 2022 aged 76 years. Beloved husband of Alma, dad to Helen and Graham, father-in-law to Stevan and Sarah, and grandad to Chloe, Callum, and Louis who he adored. Graham will be sadly missed by all his loving family and friends. Cremation is to take place at Landican Crematorium on Tuesday 4th October at 3.00 pm followed by a celebration of GRAMMA'S life at Birkenhead Rugby Club, Park Road North.
