DEREK HENRY GREEN 30th June 2009 Anne and family would like to thank the many friends and neighbours for their kind words of sympathy, cards and donations on our loss of Derek. Thank you for the wonderful support and care from the dedicated teams who made it possible for Derek to stay at home with his wife Anne and family during his long illness. Thanks also to Dr Wright and all the receptionists and medical team from Chadwick Street Medical Centre, Moreton District Nurses (Kim Driver's team), sister Irene Davies for her support, retired sister Mary White (for all her "Hail Mary's"). Personal carers from TLC, Hoylake, Marie Curie support night nurses, Rowlands pharmacy, Moreton, Andrea Kaye for all her wonderful support to Anne over the past six years, you brought laughter, tenderness and your own individual expertise into our home. Thanks also to Rev, Graham Cousins of Christ Church, Moreton for a personal service in church and our thanks also to our funeral director Sue Porter and her staff for their kindness, care and respect shown to Derek and all our family.
