Teen litter louts

TODAY at lunch time while shopping in Irby, I watched a teenager chucking food all over the pavement.
This girl who was on a bike seemed surprised when I suggested she picked up the debris she had just discarded, needless to say she did pick up whatever she threw away.
I believe there should be more local policing around the areas such as the shops and bus shelters which are sometimes a disgrace.
Irby is a lovely village and should not be bought down by some disrespectful, thoughtless teenagers.
