New scoring system

IN the Final of this year’s Rose Bowl Tournament Higher Tranmere managed to overcome a handicap of 48 to beat Lever Club by 13 shots at Upton on Saturday.

West Kirby lift trophy

THIS year’s Frank Hurst Trophy was won last Wednesday by West Kirby Victoria on the ESWA green when they beat Kendal by 31 shots.
