A BOUNCER was slapped on the face by a woman he approached after she threw a glass at a member of the bar staff at Slices Night Club in Conway Street, Birkenhead, prosecutor Alan Currums told Wirral Magistrates.
The court heard the glass missed the intended target but hit and smashed a fridge door window.
Michelle Christine Adams, 23, of Ferny Brow Road, Woodchurch, admitted assault by beating and also causing damage.
John Weate for Adams said she felt she had been wound-up all night and lost her temper and threw the glass. She thought she had been dealt with in an over-zealous manner.
Adams has paid for the damage. Magistrates granted her a 12-month conditional discharge.
