THE new and final series of Paul O'Grady's popular show For The Love Of Dogs will air tonight (April 13) after his unexpected death last month.
Birkenhead-born Paul, who was also known and loved for his drag queen persona Lily Savage, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, March 28.
At the end of March, ITV confirmed that his much-loved programme would be airing for its 11th series as planned.
The series was filmed at the Battersea Dogs and Cats Home, a place that was close to the late comedian's heart.
Since his death, Battersea Dogs and Cats Home has set up a tribute fund, which has so far raised more than £260,000.
How many episodes are there?
The last series will be made up of six episodes, each lasting 30 minutes and showing Paul as he meets different rescue dogs and the team that helps care for, train and rehome them.

In the first episode, Paul falls "head over heels" for two-year-old Newfoundland, Peggy, a big loveable ball of fluff who arrived as a stray at Battersea. But after Paul and Battersea staff spot a problem with her back legs, Paul takes her off to see our expert vet, where it's discovered Peggy will need to undergo life-changing surgery.
Paul O’Grady: For The Love Of Dogs returns tonight (April 13) at 8.30pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
